Privacy Policy, Insurance, and Cancellation Waiver

Welcome to Your Retreat! We are delighted to have you join our surf and yoga retreat in Nicaragua. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all participants, we require guests to read, understand, and agree to the following Privacy Policy, Insurance, and Cancellation Waiver before making a payment and participating in our retreat.

Privacy Policy:

1.1. Information Collection: Your Retreat collects personal information, including but not limited to, your name, contact details, emergency contact information, dietary preferences, and any health conditions that may affect your participation. This information is used solely for the purpose of organizing and delivering the retreat, ensuring your safety, and improving our services.

1.2. Information Storage and Security: We take appropriate measures to safeguard the information you provide to us. Your personal data will be securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel for the purposes mentioned in section 1.1. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

1.3. Marketing Communications: By agreeing to this policy, you consent to receive marketing communications from Your Retreat. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the email.

1.4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Your Retreat’s website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience. By using our website, you consent to the use of such technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Insurance:

2.1. Liability: Your Retreat strongly recommends that all participants obtain appropriate travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Your Retreat does not assume responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred during the retreat.

2.2. Health and Medical Coverage: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate health insurance coverage for the duration of the retreat, including coverage for any pre-existing medical conditions.

Cancellation Waiver:

• Cancellations 60 days priorto arrival: Guest will be refunded 100% of payments made (less $500 US non-refundable deposit)
• Cancellations made less than 60days before the arrival date are non-refundable and the full balance is due.
• Customers who want to cancel their booking have the right to assign a replacement person, who fulfils the conditions set out in these general terms and conditions.

Your retreat is not responsible for cancellations and will not be refunding deposits/payments due to personal illness, family illness/problems, airline changes,  travel delays, acts of God (tsunami, earthquakes, hurricanes, flooding, volcanic eruption), epidemics, COVID pandemic, political unrest.
